Challenges and opportunities for your construction business.
This is a working session of the Better Construction group which helps construction companies be more sustainable. Sustainability is a hot topic for the construction business. Being a more sustainable company can significantly increase the efficiency of your business and create a new competitive advantage for your organisation. At this session, we present the results of the quantitative and qualitative research we have done at the end of 2021. We focus on understanding the challenges which face construction SMEs while trying to be more sustainable and designing potential ways to deal with them.
