Technology for Sustainability & Profit
As populations grow globally, so does the need for accommodation. We need 345,000 new houses every year in England alone, but what about the cost to the planet?
Construction and the built environment make a considerable contribution to greenhouse gas emissions. There is more to carbon-offset measures than planting trees, however. Sustainable construction methods and materials reduce the environmental cost immediately, while smart buildings deliver long-term benefits.
What about the financial impact? Does building green need to put you in the red? What if sustainable construction could protect both the planet and your bottom line? Eco-friendly buildings demand a premium on the market and your green credentials can build your brand a loyal following.
The British Polish Construction Forum 2021 will focus on how to build profits while building sustainably.
Our Experts
On our panel, we bring together great minds from the construction industry, academia and business to explore these questions and give us the answers.
We will hear about the latest ideas and technology developments in green construction and biomimetics, where buildings steal the best ideas from nature.
Crucially, we want to know the secrets to green business growth.
