How about starting 2021 by taking care of your health?

Have you thought about New Year’s Resolutions?

2000 years ago a Roman poet, Virgil, said “The greatest wealth is health’’. We could not agree more...

So, to start 2021 well, in January we will concentrate on fitness and nutrition.

Along with [Enjoy Good Lifestyle](https://www.facebook.com/enjoygoodlifestyle/) we will begin a new fitness venture.

Join us for 3 sessions of online Pilates, on Mondays 18th, 25th of January and 1st of February, 8:00 am - 8:30 am.

Book for one, and you will receive the link to join for all 3.
