Agata Mabena has over 13 years of experience specialising in small to mid-size organisations providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in startups and stable organisations.
In addition to her accomplishments in HR/OD, Agata has also provided career transition services for more than three years through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and educational seminars at colleges, schools as Mentor for Steps Ahead Mentoring.
Agata holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with French and a Masters degree in Human Resources with Employment Law. She is Chartered CIPD Member. She has completed ‘Developing High Performance HR Business Partner and Consulting Skills’ course. She is certified ITA NLP Practitioner since 2015. In 2020 she has completed USA Employment law course.
Currently studying Employment Law in Oxford College.
