Cost Management Masterclass for SMEs in Architecture and Interior Design - Online Workshop with Q&A
We are hosting a free online 60 min workshop with Q&A on 19 May 2021, 10.00-11.00 am BST.
We will share our tried and tested ideas on how to manage costs and monitor project profitability for architecture and interior design businesses.
Places are limited to 15 participants to make the most of the interactive part of the session and to allow personalised responses to questions.
We will answer the following questions:
- What is an ideal and a benchmark for project gross margin, and how to monitor it for each project?
- Which financial and operational data and reports help with making decisions and how?
- What are the profit drivers of an architecture and interior design business and which data helps with monitoring them?
Each participant will be offered a business control assessment to identify areas where they are more or less able to increase control over their business now and in the future.
