A delegation from the British-Polish Investment Alliance (BPIA), an project organised by the Investor's Club at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), will be visiting London between 11–15 March 2026.
As part of our programme, we would be delighted to meet with finance professionals working in London, particularly in banking, investment banking, asset management or investment-related fields, who would be open to sharing their perspective on the realities of working in the London financial sector.
The aim of the meeting is to give ambitious Polish students interested in capital markets and international finance a better understanding of career paths, the structure of the industry, and the day-to-day work within financial institutions in London.
The format can be informal - a small discussion or coffee meeting with a few students from the delegation.
Details and location can be arranged individually depending on availability.
This initiative is part of the British-Polish Investment Alliance project, which aims to strengthen long-term relationships between the Polish and UK finance ecosystems and support the education of future professionals in the sector.
What to Expect:
- Meet a selected group of highly ambitious students - meet a small group of highly motivated students from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), one of Central Europe’s leading economics universities, selected for their strong interest in finance, capital markets, and international business.
- Share your insights & industry perspective - contribute to an open discussion on the realities of working in London’s financial sector - from career paths and industry trends to how the UK market differs from other financial ecosystems.
- Build early connections with future finance professionals - connect with ambitious students who aspire to careers in international finance and may become part of the next generation of professionals linking the Polish and UK financial sectors.
